Do you carry any gluten-free products?
Because we have an open bakery, none of our products are considered “gluten-free” because of the cross-contamination issue. We do make a “gluten friendly” bread and granola. Both are made with gluten free ingredients in our open bakery. Gluten Friendly Bread Ingredients: White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Canola Oil, Sugar, Xanthum Gum, Egg, Yeast, Salt and Water. Granola Ingredients: Whole Oats, Craisins, Raisins, Dried Apricots, Brown Sugar, Honey, Vanilla and Cinnamon.
Do you carry any vegan products?
If you don’t avoid honey, all of our sliced breads are vegan. We don’t carry any vegan pastries.
Do you carry any Keto Diet products?
We don’t. Sorry!
Is your facility nut-free?
It isn’t. Some of our products contain pecans, almonds and peanut butter.
Do you have anything dairy-free?
All of our sliced breads are dairy free. Everything else has butter or cheese.
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes, we do. Every time you buy a loaf of bread, and that includes sliced breads, cheese swirls, challah, babka, sweet breads and rolls, you get a stamp on your bread card. When you get 10 stamps on your bread card you get a free loaf of bread of your choice.
Do you make birthday or wedding cakes?
We don’t. Sorry!
What do you do with your leftover baked goods?
We donate all our leftover baked goods to St. Vincent de Paul's homeless shelter.
